Need Premium Linkedin Accounts

Hey guys,

My first post here, little newbie...
I am looking to buy some premium linkedin accounts, but I don't know anyone who offer this service, would like to know more than one option to compare and choose the best provider. Could you give me some recommendations?

Not certain if this was the right thread, but here goes...

Does anyone know if the commercial limit is "tripped" (or hit) on a Premium account if you do not have account profile information?

Are they just getting smarter on the whole and able to discern whether or not you are a legit user?

I tested a new account by making it a premium version and attempting to run some automated searches. This did not work out well for me either. After about 500 searches, I was put into High Account Restrictions and no longer allowed to search. I feel like this may very well be because I used an empty account that was just created, rather than populating the account itself with meaningful information and connections though.

(Also - the account was run against a real working proxy on a browser).
 
Does anyone know if the Linkedin services like Dominator work better on a premium recruiter account?
