wise is still good and far better then payoneer
 
Rough. I kinda also recommend either Wise or Revolut. Though I know Revolut isn't available everywhere just yet, they're my go to for VCCs.
As for Wise in particular, it works well enough for receiving money and making international payments. Make sure to have backups btw, FB can get rather moody about payment methods.

Crypto stablecoins like USDT or USDC ended up being my go-to after repeated Payoneer issues
