Since your business is mostly for US residents I suggest you try high risk payment gateway there are lot them that can accept your business like paymentcloud, you might need to register for another LLC & bank and use startup plan for a start.
Finding US partner or stealth details might be a good start.

Got the same problem. Partnered up with a CN supplier but I also got contacts to rental gateway services.
They charge about 8% Fee per Transaction if its replica but you can scale without issues.
