Need data parsing from Russia located website: see attached image for web address, 3 position to parse from each web page - name, phone number and city name. Phone number hidden by simple image captcha - see attached image. Need develop a script or software with ability to read that captcha.It should be separated captch reader, no services such a Decaptcher etc. will be involved. Should be able using proxys for parsing data. All data need to be stored in excel format. Please, don't offer anything else - will be ignored, experienced bidders only! Thanks!
