Need opinion on my seo layout and package ideas

Let me know what you think of my package concepts and how good you think it looks? Not gonna mention pricing or anything just Curious and tell me what you think i should charge? Just curious.

Also looking for improvements etc.

Was thinking of offering my clients a weekly On-page SEO update, a Bi-weekly search engine ranking report, and a monthly SEO update and link report to inform them of the progress.

JUST LOOKING FOR CRITIQUES. I have been doing SEO for awhile now but want to try and offer a competitive package compared to others in my area in hopes that it would be really good and will get me clients ha.

Im thinking no contract, month to month, focusing on google compliant white hat ethics and strong on page seo, everything all done manually, umm maybe being honest and mentioning that only backlinks are guaranteed and that submissions that approved listing by directory not guaranteed?

Was thinking of mentioned that video and content would need to be supplied by the client obviously for content optimization and video submission(s).

Let me know your overall thought and opinions. REALLY would appreciate it.

I have two employees currently whoa re pretty good and i pay them about $12 an hour 40 hours a week for current clients so i am pretty small compared to other companies. I guess im wondering or looking to compare and get ideas on best pricing models for each and how good these packages look?

I think the tables are a bit overwhelming. A simpler way would be to say
All plans include:
* Title opitimization
* Description optimization
* etc.

Silver plan includes:
* Everything in the bronze plan
* Web page interlinking
* etc.

Just so it's a little easier to understand.

In terms of plan names, it's helpful to name them according to your market's needs. So instead of generic Bronze, Silver, Gold you can name them Individual, Small Business, Enterprise. Mailchimp does this really good: http://mailchimp.com/pricing/

Also I would shy away from the technical terminology, especially if the target market isn't very tech savvy. Maybe simplify the features and show the additional details when they click.

Gotcha makes sense i should make things more simple and try to make a better infographic or something. How does everything in the package sound compared to others? What do you think i should charge in USD? Having a hard time creating a price for my time spent honestly.

I agree, at first glance, there is way too much information, and too many choices.

Besides a few features at the bottom of the list, most packages all include the same features.. it seems the big difference is the number of keywords you target.

Also I think you give too much information on what ON-PAGE SEO you are going to do. If someone doesn't know what that means, just give them a general idea. If someone already knows what that means, don't list out dozens of things you will fix on page... too long of a list.

Should i focus on small businesses locally and keep the overall info simple? I mean im not sure how to simplify it as i intended to up front and honest? If i show this would i be able to focus on client relationships through trust and honesty? Or would it be in my favor to focus on simplifying in an infographic?

At a glance if this was your package, what kind of prices would you find ideal for a new york usa kind of price? haha

Take note of your target audience. If your target audience is SEO professionals (i.e. people here at BHW, then this kind of detailed table is important). If your target audience is business owner, something MUCH simpler will suffice. This is a great table for somewhere deep in your sales funnel, like right before the close/part of the contract. We include a "scope index" like this that includes a glossary of terms as part of our standard contract.

In your plan you have a lot of items, perhaps you can explain to me what some of them are? I am always trying to learn from people smarter than me.

Pre optimization web analysis - what does that include?
competitive analysis - what are you including in this?
hyperlink optimization - what is included in this?

Three sitemaps, main (xml), html, and text, where are you submitting the text one to?

Google directory dmoz submission - is this just DMOZ?

keyword link footer? what is that?

content optimization - is this different from onpage optimization

You have video submissions, but not creation?

What is the difference between "Google local Submission" and "Google profile creation", and "Google submission and verification"?

What kind of link wheels do you plan on building for a local business?

Where are citations?
Where are reviews?

Personally, I just give them a list of deliverables:

These following SEO activities are proposed to be performed on a monthly basis or as needed:
(Please note that market conditions may make modification of this proposal necessary to adjust for the ever changing landscape of SEO.)

1. Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms (up to XX phrases).

2. Submission/claiming and optimization of citations for up to XX citations per month. Citations will be acquired based on the quality of the citation. Some popular citations might not be best for a particular site and omitted.

3. Suggested changes for the optimization of on page elements for various html tags, meta data, page titles, and page text as necessary for an initial XX pages, then up to X pages each subsequent month after the first month.

4. Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.

5. Recommend, as required, additional web pages or content for the purpose of targeting keyword/phrase searches. Any content, including text, images, video, or audio will be supplied by the customer, or created at an additional charge.

6. Obtaining "back links" from other related websites and directories in order to generate link popularity and traffic (up to unlimited backlinks).

7. Create keyword ranking and citations tracking reports for your site and any associated pages showing rankings in the major search engines on a monthly basis. (available bi weekly, weekly, and daily)

8. Creation of a broken link report for the website each month to control broken links.

9. Additional SEO activities as needed in my judgement.

And modify it to fit their deliverables and services.

Also (this is simply my advice) I wouldn't go and build 250 to 2000 a month links to a local business site, unless it is a huge local enterprise with a massive website.
