Can you create a SAPE account for me? I need a new account which is confirmed, but not with payment set up. I will need you to create one for me, verify it, then give me the details so I can change the e-mail address for it. I will do my own payment confirmation, so no need for you to bother with that. Only account creation and verification. I will pay you $20 PayPal, should be decent for 5 minutes of work. Thanks!

I'm able to do this as I recently created a Sape account and campaign. I can also include a bog standard email account (no tel verification needed), you can just log in and change the password.

Now if I could just get verified for payment it would be great... Tried EntroPay and three different credit cards, it wouldn't take any of them.... :(

You can try Visa credit card, I had funded my account using that itself,

If not ask your Card provider to Validate the card for international transaction;e russian.

Most probably your card provider is declining the transaction

Yeah, looks like it, calling the bank now. Thanks for the tip!
 
I had a problem at first too. Ended up contacting SAPE support because I couldn't verify the "exact" dollar amount they charged to the acct. They just accepted the account.

On the bank side, I now have to call to allow a purchase every time I want to re-up the acct. Works fine just have to allow Russian charge.

Don't know where you are in the process but upfront, I say you'll have more luck contacting their support if you just can't verify the account. Good luck.
 
It's better for you to get the international transaction authorized everytime, this way you can ensure your card may not be misused

Yeah, but if I do they'll probably ask for verification documents. My passport has expired and I haven't bothered to get a new one. :(

This is apparently not the case. Called the bank and they told me they don't deny any transactions of any kind, regardless of originating country. Besides, I just remembered that that specific card went through, but there was never a charge on the card, checked the statement and with the bank on the phone... :(

Hi again.

Which stage of verification did you have issues with? Was it inside Sape, or Entropay? Sape uses a third-party payment gateway and should accept EP. If entropay, open a ticket with them and request the total in Russian Rubles only ('cause EP factor in exchange rates after - this fu*ks it up!).
