If not ask your Card provider to Validate the card for international transaction;e russian.

Most probably your card provider is declining the transaction

I had a problem at first too. Ended up contacting SAPE support because I couldn't verify the "exact" dollar amount they charged to the acct. They just accepted the account.

On the bank side, I now have to call to allow a purchase every time I want to re-up the acct. Works fine just have to allow Russian charge.

Don't know where you are in the process but upfront, I say you'll have more luck contacting their support if you just can't verify the account. Good luck.

This is apparently not the case. Called the bank and they told me they don't deny any transactions of any kind, regardless of originating country. Besides, I just remembered that that specific card went through, but there was never a charge on the card, checked the statement and with the bank on the phone...

Which stage of verification did you have issues with? Was it inside Sape, or Entropay? Sape uses a third-party payment gateway and should accept EP. If entropay, open a ticket with them and request the total in Russian Rubles only ('cause EP factor in exchange rates after - this fu*ks it up!).
