Every now and then he gets swamped with work and this kind of thread pops up about him/her.

I think a re-thinking of his/her business model would help some.

probably because tseng is just swamped and not scamming him. i get like that sometimes too.

so where do I post it ? as a training moderator tell me/advise me where it should be posted.

Even I worked for Tseng...What he told me was, he will pay me 400$ a month for posting his products on diff forums....
I said I'll work for him...We had a deal of weekly payment of 100$... At the end of the week when I asked him for the payment, he soon started to find some problem in my work saying my post got deleted and you only gave me 30 link..instead of 45....I had a complete list of the links that I posted and I had also given the list..
He only gave me 62$, saying your work wasn't good and stuffs like that and I should be getting 100$...
I don't even know if he claims that money after some days....With that fear, I check my paypal every couple of hours.....
I think he is a scammer...Trying to fool BHW members..
