Need Membership Site Ideas

I've had some success online in the past year. Did Adsense, CJ, Amazon affiliate and such....

Looking forward to reinvest some my profits into a membership site. I want to provide some value to the subscribers and generate a monthly income as well.

The platform for the site is ready, the funding is available, and the only thing missing is a worthy idea.

Pretty much any idea will be worth it, but you should never look into which idea is going to be worth doing?

Rather than that, see whats your hobby, your favorite things to do and focus on it.

So if you like RPGs do a membership site about RPGs and give the members the best info available in regards of RPGs =)

You can start membership site about stuff you are expert in or you can outsource content creation to experts
Take a look at cb-anlytics and see what's popular among membership products, you'll find a lot of ideas there

I would advise you to stay away from evergreen stuff like weight loss, try to find something unique!

I'd like to know as well. This is something that I've been interested in doing, there just isn't a whole lot of talk about it on BHW, so it makes it hard for newbies to start out when you don't really know what to do.

I was wondering if it was a good idea to do some sort of site that benefits the members as well. Something like a PTC site, or whatever other types of sites also benefit the members. Anyone know if these types of sites and have any experience running them?

My main advice here is to find a niche which you have interest or some knowledge in.

It will help you learn the subject and provide better information to the members.

I used to be into RPGs, I even started an RPG membership site ... it didn't work ...

My advice is this: don't get into niches where a lot of teenagers are ...

I have found membership sites the easiest to build up revenue on purley because of the rebills. The only trouble is it can be expensive to operate if you only have blackhat traffic sources e.g. if you operate a dating site but only get traffic with fake profiles from other dating sites. I say this because they tend to have a much higher chargeback rate so your cost for payment processing goes up and you spend half your time arguing chargebacks. This is why I mainly use black label / white label. If you can push enough traffic and you own the brand you can basically ask what you want for commission. I would love to see a lot more black label/white label platforms out there so people like me can just pick a domain, push some traffic and see if it works. If any body knows of any platforms in any niche other than cams or dating I would love to hear about it. Membership sites are great because of the rebills, so when campaigns mess up or your black hat campaigns get caught out you still have rebills to fall back on uuntil you work out another traffic source.

Creating a membership site nowadays can really mean riches and the greatest part is that nowadays
it's already very easy to put up such type of sites (without investing a lot). Considering the number of great themes and plugins
like wishlist member and optimize press. You can google it

that's where you've got to research my friend. start on a broad topic and "interview" people to dig deeper into what ppl actually want to learn. more importantly, what would ppl want to actually PAY for on a monthly basis

The best idea of mine is base on your best skill. Then it will lead your mind to some service, products related to that skill.
