Need link building for romanian website

Hi,
I have a 7 years old, Pr4 romanian website and I want to build links because I didn't do it for a long time but I can't get more links from my country...Can you give me any advice, what type of links may I use? English site is good for this site? Can you suggest me any paid service?

Of course, you can get links globally. Some of the sources from Guest post ( niche relevant would be more beneficial) & PBN's, web 2.0 ..etc. Look at the marketplace you will find many service. PM me for more details.

It will be good if you get links from Authority sites, they are safe and natural even if you get link from English Authority site

It is not necessary to get the links in your language sites and even it is difficult too, so keep the keyword in your language and use English articles and English sites. Hope this will be helpful.

Get links from Romanian sites OP. And maybe create a PBN of sites with the Romanian .ro instead of the typical .com or .net or other countries. Also keep ALL the content in Romanian. Try to use various Romanian hosting for the PBNs and keep them of different accounts. You can then blast your Romanian PBN with various links and worry less. If I were you I'd create my PBN and then use services from here to boost it as T2.
