Need InstagramManager which used to scrape user details.

Recently i upgraded my PC and i lost imristo's software InstagramManager which used to tell which accts are alive and which not. Currently their website is also down and i can't seem to find the software. Anybody can give a live link for download?

I used igramtool for 3 days and it was really nice to scrape email and phone details.
