Hello, dear BHWers,

currently I got two gas stations (about 1700m from each other - welcome to the Czech Republic, where are 10 gas stations on square meter) running under my supervision.

I recall reading an article here on BHW.com about a guy, who made an agreement with local pizza delivery and asked them to insert a leaflet into their pizza packagings. It was a movie-related CPA offer, which is logical - people who buy pizza usually watch something while eating it.

I think you get my point now, I can tell my employees to slip a brochure or something in any prints someone buys on the station (newspapers, magazines, etc.).

What niche could I promote?

Or how could I monetize those people, who purchased that printed material?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, guys

I would get some stickers with a sexy czech girl and a website under her that redirects to a dating offer. Put the sticker on all the gas pumps.

Work from home niche is hot too. Create a card that says how to start making money working online and plug it into a work from home affiliate offer.

The gas stations around here all sell electronic cigarettes which have some nice affiliate programs. Maybe you can look into that too.

Don't limit yourself to one offer, build a flyer with 6 ads and see what performs the best.

Promote certain automotive parts etc etc with flyers and brouchers,,..

I am not a IMer, just trying to be one. I am not an owner of those gas stations, it is a franchise and for past years the costumers have been spending less, while the rent for franchise is raising - therefore I am trying to make some extra money out of this by any means.

1) Easy enough to generate a QR code that goes to some offer that relates to the clients. Put that on an advertisement above the gas pump itself. Mobile CPA friendly ads may be a decent idea there.

2) Put up a daily special on the pump for something you sell inside to get them to go in and get a deal. Put the deal in the back of the store so they have to walk past other products you sell in there.

3) Lease out the top of the station pumps so others can advertise there. In the USA, a real estate agent would probably be a good choice as they advertise almost anywhere. Not sure if you have them in your country but see who is spending on local advertising... the old adage in finding clients to pay for advertising is "it they advertise, they will advertise".

The gas stations are franchises, so there is a regional supervisor coming from time to time and I would be really fucked up having ads all over my station. So I gotta go with something small, like putting those flyers inside newspapers - otherwise I would had gone big with it already.

I will probably stick to the second option you have proposed and will create some kind of app or website, where they can generate deals on certain products which will ensure they are coming back to spend more money.

Thank you for your suggestions.

I just want to congratulate everybody in this thread.

Another Idea could be to erect a led billboard, and sell advertising.

This will depend on whether a CPA offer exists for Czech Republic, but a guy on these forums used to go around gas stations and leave business cards with free email submits for "Get Free Gas" type of offers. You can also look into Pay per call marketing, and see what exists for Czech Republic. One of my best friends is Czech BTW.

CPA offers for Czech Republic = shit. Almost all of them are mobile offers requiring PIN and charging a lot of money on a monthly basis. Even if you try it, you'll have very low conversion rate. Just my 2 cents.

Sell vape equipment to the gas station owner and send him to your affiliate offer or better yet, tell him about the discount he can get by buying under his own link and find a two tier vape program (if you can). I am not sure about where you are at, but gas stations are almost head shops with pumps in many places in the US. If Vape doesnt fit, use same concept with any product idea. Don't risk your job. Making your boss the client also puts you in a better volume position. He can always promote products better overtly than you can covertly.
