If you want passive, look at flippa old websites with recurring revenues monthly like Adsense.

You don’t necesarily need to be doing the work, but you still need to invest in something you have experience with.
If you put in 3k and absolutely nothing else you’re not likely to get a return imho.

You can either pay a developer to build you a clever app/website or you can buy an app/website on flippa.
I suggest doing research what apps work best and see if you can figure out something you like

Your point is very valid. At the moment I am working with drop shipping and Facebook. Takes up all my time but the returns are very high. I have no time but I NEED to invest in new projects by outsourcing or by JV .
I hAve kept all my eggs in one basket for toooo long.

I would look at three things and see how you could do this.
1) A JV where you have a partner handle parts of your dropshipping stuff so you can expand.
2) Sell off a part of your dropshipping business and put even more cash in your pocket to someone with half a mind and build out with more products.
3) A trusted VA or two. One to handle one aspect of the dropshipping gig and another to handle another aspect of the gig. Don't let the right hand know what the left hand is doing and vice versa.

Good that you are realistic. Buy a website making $250-$300 per month with AdSense.

I used to run MFA farms few years back.
I wouldn't buy one even for a $1, we all know first hand how this websites can vanish in a blink of an eye

You'll probably have more luck building on your dropshipping success rather than starting something completely new.

I cannot agree more with you....... but my instinct is telling me a different story.
As I have mentioned above currently I have all my eggs in one basket.
The only thing I really own from that business is the email list from my client's.
apart from that nothing, all is based on a daily loop of facebook ads.

I understand you ideally want a passive sort of investment. But $3000 isnt really a lot to invest in someone elses business unless it is a very small business.
You seem to understand facebook marketing, so perhaps look for another business you can invest $3000 in facebook advertising.
For example i do something similar with traffic arbitrage stuff and that is the size of investment that kicks off those sort of campaigns then you kind of let the money ride month on month in your campaign and it can bring you a nice monthly return.

What you say makes sense and I think that i will get the money in an arbitrage system.
I read a good system shared in the forum, I just need someone to code for me to automate it.
