PayPal does not support our country. Now I am looking for PayPal account. Can anyone provide me verified PayPal account?

Register on paypal using US private proxies and buy VCC for verification... Or buy Paypal accounts (not recommended)

Please note that no matter how hard you try to stay under the radar, PayPal will at some point ask you to prove your address, add social security number(US user's), verify credit card or phone number.

Be prepare for their troubles.

Based on my experienced paypal created from asian countries is the best. They only need vcc to be fully verified. They don't need any ssn or bank account for verification. Do not use proxies. Use only proven vps services that is using the country ip the paypal is registered in.

Can you tell which asian country you used for your PP? Source from where you got VCC (any special requirements?)

The account is from Philippines. The vcc is from vietnam seller. with 4 years expiration date.

Dude, why do you still want to use Paypal if it's not supported by your country? You can use it if you are from another country that allows it. There are other valid payment processors that you can use which are somewhat similar to how Paypal operates - AlertPay, Xoom, Liberty Reserve, Payza, etc.

I also Need one..! of singapore/phillipinnes. Does we need Proxies when we sign up new account of singapore/phillip? And my country also not supported PP. If we use our proxies..then it wil banned or limited.. mean it shows problem right ! any solution for PP...When it got limited..!

my country also don't support PayPal. but I am using verified Paypal and always open it by local proxy. I will charge you 100$ but tell you the way how you can verify it.
