arplayer2k, why you harping on his balls? Maybe he just wants to use paypal, or has a method he needs paypal for. Let him ask for what he wants, and offer some solid help, instead of giving him attitude.

Its no longer a big deal operating a verified paypal account in unsupported countries.

If you send me a verified paypal account then i will send you $10 on paypal account. But after you have sended me a verified paypal account after that can you please provide your paypal email.
 
How do you verify it with hooking up a credit card.. wil this not harm the user that creates it as he has his details hooked up with the paypal?
