No, I asked some other people and I can see the price difference of OpenVZ and KVM.

I'd advise you to use trustworthy VPS accounts from decent and reliable companies, I mean hostingsource.com and hosting.co.uk.
They have solid servers with high uptime and quality support.
Prices are competitive.
