Hi, i'm about to start a web e commerce to sell some products but i have a problem, i don't know what kind of scripts is the best for that.
anyway, any advice ?

Go with OpenCart. It's free, opensource, light and easy to use. Plus it has a great community and a lot of nice plugins and themes. Trust me, I've done my homework. OsCommerce is old and full of bugs, Magento is slow and you need programming skills to change the slightest thing.

osCommerce is and old piece of sh*t. I would advise strongly against using it.
I hear there is a new version in the works but it's supposed to be still in early stages.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Prestashop could work out nice for you but you'll need quality web hosting for that because Prestashop eats CPU and RAM for breakfast.
Also the documentation is horrible and it's still pretty buggy.

I think you'll need to decide between:
- MAGENTO
- OPEN CART

Magento is a mature enterprise product that works the way it is supposed to work.
You can find tons of plugins and addons for it (free and paid) because it has been around for a long time.
But beware: it could prove difficult to work at first, because it is a bit complex.

Open Cart is a clean and simple solution. Not so enterprise-level like Magento, but a bit more friendly at the beginning.
You can find plugins and addons but not so much as for Magento.

I'd advise you to invest a few hours and try them both and then decide.

You can get a magento store here in the forums for $40 bucks.
