Need help withdrawing money from limited paypal

Hello!

I´ve got an US paypal stealth account which is limited. The 180days waiting time is over, so now the balance is free for withdraw.
But how can I do this? As citzien of germany I have no US bank account which I can use for withdraw.

So if anybody could help me....

Post suggestions in the thread.

He cannot PM anyone, plus I know you're not trying to sell a service here especially as currency transactions break forum rules.
 
Register with payoneer and get theis US payment service (aka US bank account).

Checked out payoneer? They offer vba and you can receive cash on de creditcard from payoneer aswell

I'm not trying to selling but i don't want to rival my method on public that's why ask him to come in private message

We share in public on BHW - especially because I say you telling a guy to go to skype or telegram to sell them a PP account today as you explained that you cannot sell them here.

Nope.

You cannot use BHW as a landing page for a service that is not allowed here.

I didn't warn you for that but I will next time.

The places to sell are via a BST, in reply to WTB or in reply to HAF.

Replying to members to invite them onto Skype/Telegram etc isn't permitted.

Sir, you can do this well, if i asked for a reason you guys marked this that selling outside of the market and giving me warning point, then if my friend give review on my sell thread marks as fake review and give another warning point that i can't able to make thread for next 3 months lol. PP selling isn't allowed in BST so please don't allow any post who looking for buy pp account, even i saw a thread approved for ebay stealth account paypal and ebay are create in same way so why ebay post approved? i made a report about the post buy what happens don't know if you can recheck this

Sir, i didn't post anywhere to come skype or telegram, if i do then definitely on my PM, if PM also not allow for skype or telegram i will not ask anyone

i would suggest you to sell in on paxful or local bitcoin, for btc. then look for another trader to send you cash or bankwire or western cash for your btc.

loss is approx from 5% to 10% for both transactions.

OR, sell paypal for btc and pay the seller .once btc redeemed find another buyer for btc who will pay you back on paypal but this time use your own paypal address.
