Need help with WP theme options

Hello,

I need to change this dash color to black but I am not able to do it in my theme options.



My theme suggest me 2 options, right now I'm using the second, but if I choose the first one, then the price numbers color becomes red and also there is no options to change the colors.


Any ideas how to change it?

unfortunately those method does not work with my theme.

I think that the only way to change the color of this dash is by coding, but I do not have any experience with that.

I'm still learning web development but I managed to do a few changes on my website so even though it might not be the best way I could help you

1st you need to find out the class of this element, you can do so by pressing F12, ctrl+shift+C, then clicking on it, in the console you will see the code, and in "Style" you will get the CSS that is changing how it appears. In this "Style" list find the color (usually it gets a tiny square so you can easily see it)
it will show something like this


(Mine appears in two rows, yours can appears in two columns )

You can copy this css code and switch the color to black in your "free css or raw css or whatever" part of your theme, to make sure it works you can add "!important" (without quotes) right before the ";"
something liiiiiike...:

.yourelementsclass {
color:black !important;
}

Know that it will change this element on all your website so if you want to be more specific (like only on one page or one article or else) it would be a slightly different code.
