Need help with weird indexing by Google

Hey all,

I have a weird situation...
One of our websites - (trademaster.ae) which is written in Arabic was indexed in a weird manner by Google.

I'll explain:

If you'll look for the site's indexed pages (site:trademaster.ae) you'll see that all the results contain the word 'توصيات' which is 'signals' in english.
Although i do try to rank for this word, i didn't add this word to the site's title or anything similar that could explain this outcome.

It is important to mention that the other search engines indexed my site properly with the right titles.
Also important to mention that the site was built on a Wordpress platform.

Did anyone encounter such phenomenon?
Can you help me to fix that?

are you using the famous "SEO Yoast Plugin" because sometime it fucks up meta's in google index. I have had this problem in the past

In fact i am using it.
What should i do? is there an alternative?

Plus, will it be fixed once i remove it?
