Hey guys,

Well today i got fucked real bad by vultr support team.

Long story short, they ahve been rebooting my server for whatever reason numerous times in the past 2 weeks, today they did that again, and recommended me to let them move my server to another hardware, i agreed.

After the migration is done, my tracker/ website returns 502 bad gateway request, i tried to access my server via SSH, blocked. The only thing i can access is Vultr Console, and it keeps on popping this error:

Firewall: "tcp_in blocked" in=eth0 out=MAC...

Can anyone help me on this please? Their support respond fast but keep on telling me to solve it myself after causing my this mess. =.=

May be turn off your firewall ? If they refused to help you, f**k them. Just get a new server and hire someone to shift your site.

You should definitely contact them. It could be done due to security reasons.

Do you want to say that your hosting provider refused to help you?

Yep, actually too lazy to post any screenshot, but the message they implies is a big fuck off, "Even though i messed up your configured VPS but it is a self managed hosting YOU DONKEY". Well something like that. I obviously exaggerated :D

Well it seem the firewall were automatically turned, it was automatically fixed as well, gosh wish i know more about Linux.

I use Vultr is because of their fast support for hardware related stuffs, good service in general

Anyway i will close this thread since things are solved on my end.

I unfortunately can't help you with anything at this point but had to share my own experience with vultr

they used to be good , their servers are really powerful but their support team is horrible , a shit load of servers of mine have been suspended from time to time and their support team is made of monkeys playing around with keyboards , I would avoid them

Nice to see everything is good and quickly solved even if it was by yourself :)
