Need help with video game site

Hello BHW this is my 1st post and my english isnt good, sorry for that.
I'm on BHW for long time, i read many posts but never take action, this time is different.
I bought a domain and host and i'm starting a web site about video game news with a friend of mine, but i'm having 2 problems at the moment.
1st problem is that i dont know where can i get the most actual news and how can i make the automation to put the news on the site if that is even possible. Since my english isnt good, that would be a realy bad problem to make the news by my self.
2nd problem is the monetization. I saw some posts here on BHW but there arent many about video gaming niche, the best thing i saw at the moment was cpmstar wich i saw on a post, i dont know how they work and maybe using some CPA but how would i use CPA on a news site?

I wish that i can get some answers here.

1) Watch/read: IGN, PC Gamer .etc Look at Gaming magazines online.
2) Use AdSense and affiliate products to sell the games, for example on Amazon.

Rather than being concerned with how to monetize your traffic you outta be more concerned about how to actually GET the traffic in the first place.
This will prove to be difficult, especially if you're just gonna do news syndication (which is what I get from your post).
