Need Help With Unwanted Backlinks

Hey everyone! I have a problem with spammy backlinks to my blog, hope you may be able to help. A couple of weeks ago, I started receiving a bunch of them (about 5 a day). They are all from different websites, including gambling websites, youtube videos, and foreign websites. However, whenever I get a trackback, they all include the same text: Find more on that topic: "URL to my post".

I visited those pages but the link is nowhere to be found and my blog isn't mentioned anywhere. I did find my domain in the code in View Page Source, though, as a referrer. Also, the trackbacks show that they always link to the same two of my posts.

Should I just ignore them? Or are they harmful for SEO? If they are, what can I do to get rid of them? I've read something about disavowing them but I'm not sure how to do that, especially since I get new ones every day.

Try SEMRush. They have a feature called Backlink Audit which shows you the toxicity score of the links and you can export them from there straight into Google Disavow.
