Need help with Transparent Redirection

I have an Idea I want to test and Ill post the results. I need something that when someone goes to my page it redirects them to another but not until they click on something it can be any place on the page then redirects them.

I am learning the same thing because I think we have the same idea. Try .htaccess mod_rerites
