Need help with STRIPE account.

Hello everyone, I have a official company and a replica business where I sell items that are not allowed on Stripe. However, I have seen many of my competitors using stripe for their replica business for years without any issues. I have studied their website and can confirm that some of them are not cloacking. I am assuming that they are providing false information to Stripe such as fake website with real company details that sells legit item, but they integrated their Stripe API to their replica website.
So my question is:

1. Is this a common method that people can use to sell replica with Stripe by entering fake website that look real as possible but doing the API with their real replica website.

2. Ofcourse I know there can be a chance that it might get banned but seeing my competitors doing it for a long time, is this a method you guys would advise for me since I do not have cloacking experience.

3. For your information, I have zero chargebacks and very satisfied customers. I have been selling replicas with payment links from other payment gateway for more than 2 years. So I do not think I will have any issues with chargeback. I also do not have high volume of sales. Around 1-2 sales a day, the sales are going stable. I also have a official company in case Stripe wants to ask, i can provide with information and I also have a good supplier who can create invoices that matches with the items on the fake website so in case stripe asks for invoices Im also ready to provide it.

Would this be a good approach for me to do it this way, and is it effective and can i use this approach for long time as possible?

I get why you’d notice competitors doing that, but faking a site/invoices to trick Stripe is a huge legal/compliance risk. Better route: work with a trusted high-risk ISO or legal counsel and build a compliant setup that will actually scale.

Thank you for your reply. I get that it is illegal and im aware of it. However, my question is. Will this approuch help me. I do not want to get banned immediately and is it worth trying it?
 
If you have zero experience with cloaking, I’d be extremely cautious; one wrong trigger and your account could be frozen permanently
 
What could be the wrong triggers be? Like where do i have to be careful with? Do you have any advice on that if i want to take this approach.

1- Yes many people follow this strategy but it is very easy to catch by stripe because stripe can see your real site on which api is connected as compared to using cloaking.

2- Wouldn't it be better to learn about cloaking and go for that route?

3- You could test this setup out and see how it goes

You need to careful with chargebacks, alot of declined transactions, spike in sales

Stripe is one of the strictest systems in this regard. Attempting to sell replicas is not a question of “if” but “when” you will be banned. The consequences will be serious and long-lasting for your ability to accept online payments in the future.

I agree with the previous comments suggesting you consider high-risk solutions, especially services with extensive experience in the market, lots of reviews from real clients, guarantees, and technical support.
 
Yeah, the 'front site' method works fine for low volume like yours. If you're only doing 1-2 sales a day you'll probably fly under the radar for a while. Just make sure the chargeback descriptor matches the fake site so customers don't get confused and report you. But honestly, eventually Stripe always catches the API mismatch, so don't keep too much cash sitting in that balance.

But chargeback and alot of card decline can have your account banned
 
I used a service provider that offered payment orchestration to mix your transactions between multiple cc processors all registered under the same company name. it included the cloaking and the whitehat site.
