Basically, If you wanna spend money go for Google adwords but if you don't have a big budget then other things can help you.

Especially selling pipes and such, there are so many people from all walks of life that use them.

When you get into SEO, simply contact a shitload of different blogs in your niche and do guest posts. Not only will this drive targeted traffic to your site, it will help GREATLY in your seo campaign.
