Hey guys need a help here
i am using the fake singapore g@ypal account from 2013. I just use it for doing the payments for hosting and receiving funds from the site as a payment.
now in that pp account i have having 2500 funds and now its limited. So guys please let me know after 180 days how can i withdraw it normally.
and what the alternate method i can use for paying the hosting dues.
Please help me into this

You can sell it for crypto on Localmonero.cc or localbitcoins.com, though the paypal sellers usually charge a premium

but its locked till 180 days
in two ways i can withdraw it
either in bank account or card
now i dont own singapore bank account and dont having the card too.

so please suggest the best possible way

create a singapore bank drop then.

i am from india and there is no one known person
so very difficult to find the known person
well i will look for bank drop here

Thats why you sell it on localmonero or localbitcoins. You send it to the seller as friends and family, and get crypto in return
 
Here is few seller who will help you to withdraw fund after 180 days, They will take 20%-40% withdraw fee.
But sometimes it is difficult to withdraw from limited account, one of my account still have some balance, But i can't withdraw after 4 years.
 
Lots of people have issues with Pay Pal lately they demand more and more document. You should ask someone in Singapore to take out the money. Have you tried paying something?
