How do I go about getting good followers. I have about 4,000 ghost followers and I'm in a slump. How do I use my bot to get active, real, human followers. Advice?

Well which bot are you using? Make sure for whatever bot you have, you have several accounts and proxies. Proxies can be purchased at http://www.ink2pixel.com/xgram/ that work very well with IG, and you can find some other useful tools there.
Just make sure you make your bot do just a few actions per account across many accounts, not many actions per account across a few accounts. Send likes, comments, follows, etc if your bot can do that. Only a couple per account per hour.
