The method of Instagram image sharing/uploading images. You can done this with a little investment (for domain, landing page)
I will use giveaway (iphone giveaway) as example - don't forget it's just a conception so you will have to use your own niche and twists.
So here it is:
1. You will have to make/have your Main (money) Instagram account. Update your account to make it look trustful and good looking. My personal experience that people loves good looking designs, icons and stuff so it's quite important and it will impact your conversions. No one would believe that some random girl from nowhere is giving away her Iphone 5. Would you? Make it look like a brand. For example : @InstagramIphone5Official. Find some nice looking Instagram or Iphone icon for your profile.
http://www.deviantart.com/ a great source for that. Just type Instagram or Iphone + icon in a search bar. Update your profile with it.
1.1. You will need a picture to upload on your Main (money) account. This is the most important factor. Make it look as good looking as possible, because it is the advert to your giveaway. Once again, a good source to find PSD templates is deviantart.com. If you're bad designer place your order on fiverr - someone will make it for you.
The idea of this method is to make people share your advert image with friends - to make a viral effect and spread it around - get shoutouts for your main account which will bring traffic to your profile and landing page. If you want to scale this method up, use your favorite instagram automation software and more accounts, keep uploading your advert image every few hours to the all of your accounts. (just do not over spam if you don't want to lose them). Don't forget to use popular #tags while mass uploading your advert image. You can find popular instagram tags here: http://www.tagsforlikes.com/ .It will bring traffic while people use Instagram search by tags.
2. Register your domain (try to use the same as your account nickname) and make mobile optimized landing page. I won't explain this part as it's pretty much up to you and we didn't came here to learn making landing pages. If you can't make one - let some one make it for you on fiverr.
Just a little tip for mobile optimized landing page format. Use 640x960 pixels.
3. Find a nice, mobile optimized CPA offer for the niche you will use. (Few different offers for different countries and geo-redirect script will always be golden)
