You can use even single one if you've a lot of active followers. More followers = more traffic, simple as that.

Promoting Mobile CPA offers. But this example method is incent so you should be sure that you're running incent traffic friendly offers.
 
Instagram is still alive. You just have to find a way, twist a bit, think outside the box.

It's more than alive, it's growing everyday so tons of traffic for everyone. Public bots were taken down but it doesn't stops you to make your bank.
 
Wait, how exactly are you making money off this? like what is giving you the money exactly? I understand the method but I don't quite understand how you are getting money off of it. (I am new to this.)

Quick tip. I'm not sure if any Instagram bots are still available for mass folow / mass like people. but if there are some you can use scheme like this:

1) Update your profile with bio / website / promo-picture and keep following people by keywords for your niche. Few follows should lead to a single impression for your website it just a matter of time.
2) Now try to upscale this, repeat action 1) with more accounts, get few cheap semi dedicated proxies to manage your accounts.
