Need Help with Instagram + CPA Method

Hey guys, how are you all?

Im trying a shade method (instagram giveaway) but it's not working well.
7 days - 0 Conversions, so im asking for some help.

What i got:
Instadub bot
Wordpress website + SSL + .com domain
3 Instagram acc
Virtual Machine to Run my instagram bot 24/7
OGAds, Maxbounty, Lospollos. CPABuild account.

What i dont got:
Money (Proxxy's is not a option for now)

I need to work with what i got currently

I dont care about changing my niche, i just picked giveaway cause it look simple.
I will Welcome any help.

Im getting 3 impressions a day.
I think im doing a bad aproach with the potential users.

7 x 3 = 21 impressions total.

If your landing page sucks - then results will keep being poor.

With content locking free shit I usually get 10% CVR on CPABuild, and 30% on OGAds.

Wich niche do ou recommend?
I was thinking about Giveaways and GameHacks

Hey, fortnite gamehack always work. Try to target users witch no one other targeted before! I can suggest you target some another games users. In my opinion kids are palying 10+ games in their phone so its not important to target foritnite niche to fortnite instagram account pages! You got me?

I think that niche is pretty saturated and people are already done with that.

The giveaway is going pretty bad, i will acept any other niche sugestion.

It's a test and trial thing .you need to keep on trying different niches one by one, and you will get the winning campaign very easily this way.

Got it...
My problem is that i cant think on any world topic besided covid, now.
And covid is already too late, and probably my account will be restricted with this niche
