Need help with FollowLiker settings!

Hi guys, i need to scrape Middle Class + Famous Artists in the music industry. (10k followers at least or varified badge). Country or Music genre doesnt really matter. I want to DM them after i scraped them.
Is there any way to configure follow liker that way so that it finds exactly that target group?
