Need expert help
I have locked Facebook accounts and send codes to the phone number of the account's previous owner. How do I restore this account?

Facebook has a storm and profiles created from phone numbers will default to the checkpoint of that phone number and cannot be fixed

Sorry to say! but there is no solution until you get the code or have a backup 2fa codes.
 
This is quite difficult because recently the records have been in this situation and if the account is important, you can hire a business or a professional to get the account back.
 
If your account has 2FA or recovery email, try to delete cookies and log in to a new IP again. The checkpoint may change. If it still shows a checkpoint confirmed by the old device, there is no way to open
 
You need that number for verification or you can send code to your mail if 2 step verification is active in your Facebook account.
 
Does your account have a recovery email? Try logging in again to the new ip. If it is still locked, it cannot be retrieved
 
I think you should change to another account. It's difficult to get your account back
 
You can use email to recover your account. If you don't have a recovery email, your account is almost impossible to get back.

It's difficult to get your account back at this time
 
You can choose to remove any old or unfamiliar email and cell phone numbers, or keep them all if they're all account contact information you added yourself.

If you're receiving verification codes meant for the previous owner of a locked Facebook account, contact Facebook support immediately. Provide details to prove your ownership and request assistance to regain access, ensuring to update account information for security once resolved.
 
Most accounts with such problems cannot be recovered. I think you should create a new account or buy another account
 
You need either recovery email or 2fa code. If you don't have that, sorry to say it cannot be recovered.
Might wanna rent a trusted account for future purposes.
