Need Help With Facebook PPC

Is there anyone on this great forum who can help me with executing Facebo*k adverts.
Well I need to run 40-50 ads daily. So please tell me how to go about it?
What resources are required: PVA/non-PVA accounts, Vouchers, VCCs and IPs?
I need some guidance and if I earn some $$ I will surely reward you or maybe we can do a JV.
Also how to get the ad approved :S

Having members like FBDude, KlaAzor, myself, and other golden brains on this site, you should have no problem using the "search" function!

I already did that. I have read FBdudes 1000th post and all other related threads as well but could not get the answer for BULK ads.

Plus you dont need to flaunt. I just asked for some help. I run adw*rds campaigns on Gambling, and direct CB linking and have made a killing. I am new to this Field not the forum. If you are really so 'brainy' you can teach me too. I can pay if its an issue. Or maybe you can suggest me a course except FBkingofads.

Sorry for the self-bump but its a bit urgent.
I wish to know that is Fb PPC similar to adw0rds?

1.Like if I use a voucher, I have to create/buy new accounts every time to use it?

2.Also can I activate it with a VCC? (I have heard people doing it in the past.)

3.Also, do I need to create all the ads from a diff IP? New account= New IP.

4.Also, Should the FB account belong to the Target country?

5.And I tried to make an Ad, the estimated CPM was 0.25-.049. So what do you suggest me to keep?

6. Is there any FB MCC (Client Centre) or something: where I can create ads from a single place?

I hope someone answers me. This would help many people here I believe.
