Need Help with Expired Domain

So i found this expired domain ( it's a local domain) let's say .de and when i searched in Alexa i saw that it was ranking for some keywords. It has 204 majestic external backlinks , 7 backlinks from different domains and the alexa ranking is 7million. The good thing is ( idk if it's a good thing or not) but when i look on keyword planner i saw one of the keywords that the domain was ranking for it got 1k to 10k searches per month. What i want to know is if it's gonna be easy to rank the domain when i install wordpress and create articles or not?

When the domain was ranking for that keyword?
And could you get back the same article that it was ranking for?

You can check the Wayback on that article, then copy the article and post it again, otherwise
just write a new article on that keyword and monetize to get profit.

It's really easy to rank if you will work on the same keywords which already ranked.... go with it...it will be good

If the domain is clean, then yes its pretty good one. Optimize your content for that keyword intent. Maintain quality content, to get more benefit.

7 Referring domains is below average domain that's not worth the bother at all. Especially if you have no idea how to check its history.
