HELP PLEASE.... Can someone please provide this answer for me??? I've searched everywhere and cannot find much info on this topic or mixed results! Does anyone know if your registered ebay name must match your registered paypal name? I'm not talking about your ebay id, I'm speaking of the name you use to register your accounts. I need to know what paypal's policy is on this. If you can have unmatched names, what would be a good reason to tell paypal why you have two different names? All the other info is matched; address/phone/email, etc... Thanks in advance to those who respond.

Hi I sort of have a general question but maybe its something you have heard before. My paypal account has been limited. My ebay ( at least for now ) is ok. I am thinking about sort of starting completing over and getting an ebay and paypal stealth accounts. Now my only question is, once these accounts are established and all is well, how do I link a bank account to the paypal account if my name is associated with the limited account? how would I legitly have a bank account to withdraw to, I know I can't open a bank account in a false name, so how is it possible to cash out to an account...? not sure why, but for the life of me I can't seem to get a straight answer from anywhere. maybe you can clarify? sorry, just thought to give it a shot and ask.

Hello, I am new to the concept and the idea of creating an eBay stealth account and was hoping that you could give me some feedback on the pros, cons and potential risks of creating a stealth account. The reason that I am considering a stealth account is because eBay removed one of my items. It happened when I contacted eBay to have my limits increased. They asked me about one of my listings, said that because the couldn't verify its authenticity I couldn't sell the item. I see this same item all over eBay and for the short time that I had the item listed it sold very well. If you could provide any advice and/or direction on how to set up an eBay stealth account I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your guidance!

My 1850$ is stuck and i need it bad ;/
I completed confirm location sucessfully but i have a trouble with "Photo ID" though because my name on paypal is Knifee Masterr since i made it when i was like fucking 8.
What can i do? Is there anyway I can create a photo Id?

I'm new and have some questions before I start diving into paypal.
1- Is it possible to transfer money from paypal account to paypal account without the use of excessive information (such a ssn, real name or number, or bank account).?
2-If no to qustion #1 do you have any tips on building a stealth paypal account?
 
Question, I have paid a user for a digital product. The invoice he sent was for a actual product to ship. So the seller never sent me the facebook page (digit product) and took 1,200 from me. Should I make a dispute saying he never shipped the good when there wasn't a good to be shipped. And say he was suppose to ship 2 laptops or what ever and never sent them to me. I would thank this would be the best route because paypal doesn't cover digital goods or products.
 
I have a stealth paypal account with some money in it that I need to withdraw. The account is verified with a bank account, but gives me a "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" whenever I try to send money, and it declines every time I try to buy something. Advice?
