Need Help with eBay or PayPal - Ask here so I can help you!!!

Hey everyone! I have been going to different post and trying to help everyone with their problems on there eBay accounts or PayPal accounts. I'm going to try and keep most of my help in this thread, but of course I will do by best if you do make your own thread. However please ask your questions here! I have been doing stealth for quite some time, and as I've said in other threads I want to give back, and help everyone out. I understand there are other threads like this one, but I feel like I'm helping a lot, so I just thought I best make my own thread.

I won't point you in the wrong direction. There are no short cuts in making good stealth accounts that will last for years to come. Sometimes its out of your hands with certain customers. But with the right steps you can have your accounts working, and start making money!

So ask away!

PS: Please make sure you add all the details about your account and what the problem is. Don't just say something like, My debit card isn't working? You need to add more details so there isn't alot of back and forth. If that happens I will just ask you to pm with more details, so please make sure you add all details so we aren't confused.

Let me ask something more advanced , do you know how to bypass the 21 days hold of payments on new accounts ? Whats the algorithm behind it that ebay decides which payment will be on hold and which not.

So I have a stealth PayPal account and want to withdraw money out of it. There's no bank account added to it and I have no intention of getting a new bank account or whatever. Could I possibly use the balance to buy something off of gumtreee or another site, and then sell that item for cash? Or do I need to have an attatched debit card to the PayPal to send money on it? If you have any other suggestions how to cash out without my main account getting limited, let me know. All help is appreciated, thanks.

That is a great question! There really is no special algorithm (however all these tech companies have them), the 21 day hold is for accounts that don't sell a large amount of items. However to shorten the item make sure you add tracking, and the hold is usually off a few days after the items has gotten to the buyer. Also once you have been selling a good amount with 90%+ feedback for longer then 90 days then they will take off the 21 day hold on these accounts. I have 9 accounts that I have been using for quite some time, and 7 of them after great customer service, and 100% feedback have no 21 day hold! (after 90 days of selling)

Please remember that trying to "bypass" this can end up with your account suspended. Slow, and steady wins the race with eBay, and I know you can do it!

Well a PayPal account getting limited can happen whenever for any reason. But when using stealth you have to think like a legit person using a account, and not doing anything sketchy. Also you have to think like PayPal. If you owned PayPal you would try to prevent fraud happening. So seeing somebody on a account that hasn't added a bank account, and is buying a lot of different things can send a red flag...however

It's hard to give advice on something when I know nothing about your account...so some questions that would be helpful to me, and answering you question would be as follows,

1. How old is your PayPal account?
2. Is there a eBay account on it that is still active?
3. How long have you had the money in your account?
4. How high of a risk was the items you sold?

These questions don't seem important, but let me tell you.. It's the small things that make all the difference. My advice to you is if your going to cash out, then buy items and cash out yes. But do it really slow. DONT USE WALMART SITE. These big sites have been red flagged. However best buy is still working last time I checked. I can't honestly feel good about the advice I give you unless I tell you that opening a bank account to withdraw the money is the VERY best method, and helps PayPal see you are a legit. However cashing out can be used if done right. Also before i go please don't cashing out all of it at once. If you have money in there, and the 21 day hold was just taken off it wait another week and half, and then cash out 1/3 - 1/2 of it. Always leave a little bit in there, and slowly take out the rest!

I am using stealth accounts for a long time now , years actually.The thing with the "21 days hold" is really weird.Let me elaborate with an example here , a year ago i was selling a specific item on ebay with accounts that were brand new and i had no 21 days hold at all , all the cash was instantly available from these transactions. Then after a few months i stopped selling it , for like 2-3 months and then i tried again to list it on ebay.After the buyer paid me , boom there goes 21 days hold on the same item.I made new accounts but still i got this 21 days hold , yet a few months earlier i did not get it on a new account with no selling history.So my conclusion is that its kinda random i mean why in the first place i didnt get the 21 days hold on a brand new account.Also i heard some european countries maybe can avoid this type of hold.There must be some kind of algorithm , i have searched this but none really knows and even some do its not shared in public forums.Oh and to avoid any misunderstanding when i refer to how to avoid 21 days hold on all above sentences i mean on brand new accounts with no selling history as i know that after 90 days of successful selling history they steadily remove those holds on payments.

Anyway like i said above good job helping new people with ebay/paypal and good luck with your ventures.

No I understand what you mean, and honestly it is random. I have had accounts like that as well, but honestly I've never had this issue just because it was never a issue for me to wait for the money, because I was running so many accounts at one time, and scaling up.

EbayStealths, I have been trying to make a stealth account for the longest and every single times it gets suspended immediately. so after many different tries i really believe my problem is the age of the accounts. basically i try to post an item immediately after creating the accounts. i think this creates a red flag that someone is making an account and instantly selling. what do you think? i read you have made many accounts i would really appreciate any help you can pm me or reply through here. below are some of the stuff i am doing.

Create new user name on computer
obtain new ip address( public ip address)
create new email account
create new phone number
make new paypal account with an actual person name and address
i have "bank of america" so i get a VVC from them for free
Make an ebay account with same information as paypal
link paypal with ebay.

after above steps i list my item. it takes anywhere from 30minutes to 4 hours for the listings to get deleted and my account limited. during this time the listing are only viewable if i send you the link for them if not they dont show up on the search.

so what do you think?

Any certain amount of ratings you need??
My account has all that but it still seems to get 21 day holds. Its also a legit account so.

Hi, I just wanna ask this scenario.
1. Buyer sent money in my paypal
2. I sent my money in paypal to my friend's paypal as a gift
3. The original buyer file a dispute & Paypal got my balance(So I have outstanding account)
Question:
Will the money I sent to my friend be rolled back by paypal? or will it just stay since I gave it to him as a gift.

Well it just honestly depends on the situation. From the sounds of it PayPal isn't going to withdraw the money from your friends PayPal. Although if you have done this a lot they could run an investigation on your account, and then withdraw the money from your friend. Although from the sound of it no. They won't. However if this is a personal account they will send you to a collection agency and it could hurt your credit. Also the account can be limited! Let me know if that answers your question!!!

No, they wouldn't limit the account of your friend. Unless you guys have been doing this for a LONG TIME, and they decide to look into more. Of course if you have only done this a few times, I wouldn't be to worried about it! Hope this helps you out!!

This is a question that gets asked a lot! There honestly is no way to bypass that! None of my accounts have the 21 day hold on them because I have gained a selling history longer then 90 days on each account, and feedback for all my items. Once you do this then PayPal will take that hold off. It's really in the luck of the draw when it comes to having that hold when you actually make the account. I have heard of people making the account and the hold not being there..but that is honestly 1/20 or so.

Just sell, sell, sell! And provide wonderful customer service! your accounts will be fine, and your hold will be up before you know it!

I would like to start up a stealth ebay/paypal account. My concern lays with the bank account. I could open a new one, or use a friend or families. My question is: how stealth would this be if someone tried to file suit for copyright or something. Are these companies (ebay, paypal) in bed with the riaa and mpaa? I wouldn't want the account to get traced back to my friend and them get in trouble.
Also, You mentioned mismatched names. Does this mean I could open bank accounts from different, or the same, banks under say, John Smith and Johnathan Smith?
