Need help with DNS

Hi all,

I’m too annoyed about getting blocks while trying to watch videos on my tablet, especially on youtube when I’m travelling. Recently I was looking for a simple option which could bypass it, and it seems like one of the legit VPN providers Surfshark released an app which is called Trust DNS (https://surfshark.com/trust-dns).

Wondering if it’s worth to try since it’s a free app and allows to browse privately thus no more stress regarding blocked sites. It’s all that’s needed and looks reliable due to its developers…Guys, what do you think about that? Thanks

I used SmartDNS proxy for netflix. The only issue was an warning from time to time when netflix was detecting my smart DNS use.

So, in other words, yes, you can use a DNS. But bear in mind that if this is a free service, they might record your dns queries, so make sure you check their terms first.
