Need help with a controversial Xbox gift card redemption

My partner gifted me a Fortnite skin pack gift card for Xbox. And I don't own an Xbox.

It was on discount, and she thought it's a cross-platform game, so redeeming it on the Xbox app through PC should do the job.

We redeemed the code. Now when I log in to Fortnite on PC or PS4, it won't show up.

I guess I have to log in to Xbox once for the products to get added to my account.

None of my friends have Xbox. So is there any way for me to log in to Fortnite on Xbox and redeem the skins?

I mean, there must be some kind of emulator or virtual service that would allow doing so.

Please help. It was a gift, and getting it would mean a lot to me. Thanks
