[Need Help] Weird IG Bug

Hi guys, just encountered a really weird ig bug, all the photos from a clients account are gone after a phone verification. I have seen it before and photos always came back in like 5 mins max, it has been been like 2 hours till now with no change (0 posts on the account right now, it was 100+ before) . I reported a bug already but not sure what else i can do. I never used any kind of automation on the account plus i'm sure no one accessed the account. For obvious reasons i can't put the username of the account here.

Anyone ever faced this before ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

Are you only looking at the account only through the device it's signed in on?

I've come across this bug multiple times & it always resolves itself. Try to look at the account from a third perspective, if that makes sense.
