I recently came across a video on Facebook that caught my attention. It's a rather simple video, but what intrigued me were the images that appeared between each frame. I'm really curious about the significance of these images.

After investigating I came with a conclusion it is made to make a video unique means to not get high CPM can someone confirm this please?

I think it's an effect, inserted to avoid copyright infringement
 
It looks like an effect, but if it's to avoid copyright, does it have to appear that often in the video?

I felt it like an effect on the video. I don't know exactly.
 
It Looks Like an Effect, But if it's To Avoid Copyright, Does it Have to Appear That Often in the video.......
 
You can edit the image through any video editing software multiple time. Even you can use caput.

videos like this usually show a dog for about 1-2 seconds it will appear as a flashing png
 
It seems they want to hinder FB AI from moderating the video and detecting things that may violate policy
What I'm curious about is whether their ROI is high because this trick can annoy viewers
