Need help to send myself a spoof email

I need someone to help send a spoof email to myself. Need the from email to appear from a certain sender and reply email to be the same.

Subject, content, font, sizing and signature within email will be provided, I just need you to send it to my personal inbox. Nothing illegal.

I found some tools but most of them didn't reach to inbox/junk as my personal email is (live.com) , also other tools doesnt have html editor or upload attachment feature like :

Live.com has a strong filter and cold emailing them is difficult. Spoof emailing is not possible. Paying via PayPal is much more interesting.
