Need help to organically + automatically grow IG acc

Hi there, I'm getting so desperate bc in my line of job IG is important, I've use it for so long and know so many people but never manager to have more than 1500 followers which is ridiculous given my experience, so I decided to do like a lot of people I know and use automation, but want to use it in sort of an organic way. So I have a few questions about strategy:

A. What are the best automation/scripting tools out there, preferably for Mac or Android?

B. I want to be able to configure some rules to do mostly story views, story likes and post likes, namely:
- Start by accounts with the most followers in common and down (is this possible to proceed this way)
- Target accounts with more than 100 followers but less than 8k followers
- Discard/Move to other accounts after a number of story views and post likes
- Stop the process after a randomly varying number of followers have been acquired (between 15 and 50 to start with?)

I'm a noob so, do I need to scrape these account before?
How do I avoid shadowban? Is a proxy or vpn necessary?

C. I'd like to expand then by targetting other hashtag or accounts that I don't necessarily have followers in common with.

Any help, software recommandation that can do just that, and maybe so start-up threads are appreciated!

However I need a bump or speed up in specifically number of followers, manually I've been stalling doing follow/unfollow and post likes, content is not getting anywhere, which is why I'd like to automate it a bit with a bit of strategy

You can just buy a bot, rent a VPS server, and slowly increase your follow/unfollow day by day to grow your account. Bots can automatically scrape the keywords or followers of an account for you.

Any idea where to start? Like what does the bot do if I'm the one doing follow/unnfollow and what is a VPS server? Thanks
