maybe stupid question, but is your site indexable?? I mean, check that a plugin, or the robots.txt / htaccess files don't have noindex tags in them. If you find such tags... well... remove them
Also, I've read somewhere (don't remember where, though, but probably here on BHW as I spend a lot of time here) that Bing is even stricter than Google when it comes to AI, so maybe you want to re-write / modify / replace your entire content if it's fully AI... or even if it's low quality.
Last but not least, use paid indexers like IndexNow or Speed-links.net. I've heard that these are the 2 best indexers nowadays, so try your luck with them! If none of these methods work maybe your domain is flagged / banned... or maybe you're in a niche / industry that's exclusive / very hard to index in Bing, who knows....
