Need help SCRAPING / Mining missing data (Phone # and / or email)

Hi, I have a list of the following data fields


First Name, Last Name, Address:


My company has tried to reach these people through paper mail and did not have success.


MY REQUIREMENT:


We need to find the Phone Number and / or E-mail Address of these Leads and add the missing data to the appropriate leads.


Once we have the email and / or phone # we would like to find their Facebook profile . Our goal is to market our services to these people either through Text (sms),

e-mail, or directly to their facebook

I found a website: locatefamily.com where you can search for people by name, address, zip code etc. There are a lot of people listed in this website. This may be a great starting point to find and scrape the data we need. However, I don’t mind if you can find the data elsewhere. As long as the data is accurate, or a high percentage of it is accurate. We believe that by having the name and exact address of where the prospect resides, it will be easier to find the correct cell phone number and / or email of these prospect.


Please let me know if you need more information, or what this project may cost.

We have a list of about 1.5 Million records that have missing data, and about 300,000 new records per month that get added to this list. If you provide us with adequate work, and are offering a reasonable price, we will have a new gig / project for you every month.

Manually mean individually research.

I can do manually using google and other sources .Let me know if you are interested.

if you do manually, wont that take a long time considering there are over 1 million records ?

I would rather suggest to go for dedicated resource working for full time so you will get the results on daily basis rather than short term...since it involves few activities so going by X record pricing will cost a much..

interested, but manually may take you a long time i will need this completed in the next 14 days there is over 1 million records

yes it would but manually will get you acurate details..if you use bot you may get or not..

Yes it's true as you have some missing details, if you need all the details extract from the website then bot will work too.

That's why I said, I can do it manually search.

Probably, a bot can do most of it. I mean bot can search their names on google and find their social profiles to extract their email addresses and phone numbers it won't be accurate but it will be fast. After bot does then you can hire someone to find missing phone/emails manually.
