NEED HELP Request declined on OGADS and CPABuild

I tried to register on ogads and cpabuild, both of them declined my request
this time I used one of those free numbers to receive ogads sms
my country is not in the list of these sites so I should use another country's number. I'm getting another country's simcard soon so that's not an issue.
I need your advice for other things I should do to get accepted

Lie in your application and say you're very experienced. New users are almost useless for them as 99.99% won't ever earn a penny. They are a pain in the ass for affiliate managers as most will beg them for methods.
 
Most of the CPA companies are having issue in verifying request this day apart from OGAds many other companies deed same
 
If you earn money from other CPA website or even other advertising websites, show them proof, will get approved.

New people need some traffic to earn money from cpa, without traffic what will he do with cpa account? And if he have traffic then he must have some payment proof from other websites.

Start with a network that does not require it.

Maxbounty will usually let you in if you are otherwise qualified and they are reputable.

It is not necessary to have payment proof from cpa network, you can provide other ads website you already use for your traffic/website like popup ads network or short urls ads website or any other websites,(4 years ago I send one cpa website payment proof from adf. ly and popads.net network and got approved) hope it helps.
So you work with other ads network country?
