About 5 years ago someone set up a Google+ account under a fake name, made several attack posts aimed at me, mostly, over two separate days and then never used the account again. Despite the fact that the account is obviously fake, has been dormant for several years, and was only used to attack people, Google refuses to remove it. Because of the combination of words used one post in particular shows very high up in my SERPs when my name and city are Googled so if that post were to get nuked the page would no longer be a problem for me. I've tried flagging various comments on the page, and the page itself, but Google refuses to do anything. I'm wondering if someone with a botnetwork or who otherwise has access to multiple Google+ accounts could help me in getting that particular post flagged and removed?

As silverleafy said - your best bet is to create new content to help bury it. You should also work on boosting up some of your existing websites that might be ranking underneath the Google+ page. (if you have any)
