I used to be a member of Ranking Rabbit, which primarily is an SEO training membership, but as part of it they have some amazing tools including a brandable site audit tool, domain metric tools (moz and majestic etc), keyword research tool, even a tool for analysing competitor backlinks so you can steal them. You won't get a suite of tools cheaper than they are in there.

I personally use ahrefs, keywordtool & seopowersuite. It helps me with everything you mentioned. Ahrefs is great for back link analysis & keyword research.

Getting tools at discount is not always possible, because such offers run occasionally.

I have been using seotoolpedia they do shared accounts for cheap for most of the big seo tools. They also do a service to get you a private account for a 10days or so for cheap.

You could also try Mondovo.com which offers all the features of most other SEO tools but the big difference is that you just pay a few cents for each report and there are no monthly subscriptions.
