Has nothing to do with the phone.. they're all using android as an OS. It's the app that decides whether it's going to allow you to connect thru the proxy, or just use your regular WiFi connection. It doesn't ask you to authenticate while connecting to ig or fb when using a proxy.. I've been there and done that. I don't get what you mean by you won't have access to Internet on ig?

So if you're not authorizing it, how are you connecting to the app? It would have to be authorized in order for you to connect to the server.As long as I dont auth (the proxy) using the browser, IG says I do not have access to internet.
