Need help Pretty Please

I'm a total clueless newbie but I want to learn more bc my IG account engagement has tanked and I don't know how to fix it!

I have 2500 followers and I've gone from 150+ likes per post to 10-20 if I'm lucky. Fairly sure I got shadow banned or ghosted or whatever. I've ghosted my own account for up to 7 days and been really careful what I do, but nothing has worked.

I need help. I reached out on Upwork & met a nice guy who said he would intro me to some tactics and groups for $500.

I want to know if thats kosher or if I could just do it myself.

So basically he is offering to coach me and show me everything. This is what he offered to do:

I'll teach you all of the hacks for Instagram growth
I'll introduce you to the best practices and tools that you'll need (best # researchers, groups, safe automation tools and practices etc.. )
I'll help you build out audience by showing you what works best for your niche (viral content)
I'll give you in depth steps that you need to lift the shadowban

Do you believe its possible to fix whatever ghosting or restrictions have happened to my account?
